CANCELLATIONS

In order to best fit the needs of online booking for our clients we are strict with our cancelation policy. Canceling/rescheduling within 24 hours is not allowed and will result in a charge of 100% of the service you have booked. If you fail to show to your appointment or cancel within 1 hour of your appointment to will be considered a 'now show' which will result in a 100% charge for the service that is booked. A credit card prepayment through our booking site bronzebooker.com is required to hold all appointments.

CHILDREN

While we understand the needs of parents, the safety of our clients and our salon are the top concerns. We cannot be liable for your children during your appointment while we are distracted giving you the best service we can. If you need to bring your child with you to your appointment there must be another adult present with them to watch them. In a complete pinch? Give us a call ahead of time regarding the matter.

MINORS

Minors under 18 are welcome to enjoy our services with parental permission and a parent present at time of visit to sign permission on the service. Clients under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian present during the entire service.
